ForUs User Service Policy

Agreement updated: September 16, 2026

What you hold in this service, what you are required to do, and where responsibility rests with us must be made clear first; only then do the remaining clauses carry meaning. This Agreement advances through four stages — rights, obligations, platform responsibility, dispute resolution. Clauses A and B set out the rights you enjoy and the threshold for entry; Clauses C to E set out your three obligations; Clauses F and G deal with intellectual property on our side and the limits of our liability; and Clauses H to J address the consequences of violation, protection of minors, and dispute resolution. ForUs is published by BBCS Kennedy, with BBCS KENNEDY LLC as the legal entity; from the day you download, register for or begin using this app, this Agreement together with the ForUs Privacy Policy forms the arrangement between you and us. Clause D and Clause E in particular deserve to be read word by word.

Clause A — The rights you hold in this service

Subject to compliance with this Agreement and applicable law, the following rights are assured to you by us:

These rights may not be exercised in a way that obstructs other users, nor may they be used to circumvent the obligations this Agreement imposes.

Clause B — The threshold for entry: who may register

The registration door of this app opens to adults only. Before you begin filling in details, check the eligibility conditions below one by one; all three must hold at the same time:

Where even one of the three fails, registration, access and use of this app are all impermissible. If an account is verified to be held by someone under the age of 18, it will be closed and the related information deleted with it; consequences arising from falsified details are borne by the person who registered.

Clause C — Your first obligation: truthful details and custody of your account

C.1 Details you submit must be truthful and valid

The email address, date of birth, gender and region you enter during registration all need to be truthful, accurate and current. Should those details prove false, any dispute, complaint or third-party claim they draw is borne on your side; once verified, we are entitled to close the account and, depending on how serious the matter is, to refuse your registration in future.

C.2 Your account remains in your custody

Keep your sign-in credentials in your own hands; lending them out, renting them or transferring them to another person is not advisable. Operations carried out under the account are treated as your own acts unless you can produce evidence to the contrary. The moment you notice a credential has leaked, or that the account is being used by someone else, tell us through the support mailbox as soon as you can, so that we can freeze the account and trace where the anomaly came from.

Clause D — Your second obligation: four lines that may not be crossed

In using this service you must comply with the laws of the country or region in which you are located and with the community rules we publish. The four categories of conduct below are expressly prohibited; no exemption applies whether they occur in public posts or in private chat windows.

D.1 No prohibited content may be published

The following content may not be uploaded, published or disseminated:

D.2 No false identity may be used

One person, one account, is the basic requirement. All of the following constitute false identity conduct:

Once verified, the account concerned will be closed and virtual benefits held within it will not be compensated.

D.3 Platform order may not be disrupted

To preserve the environment on which all users depend, the following are expressly forbidden:

To identify such conduct we record CPU architecture, device manufacturer and model, available storage space, IP address and network access type, and retain usage records such as sign-in timestamps, screen dwell times and the order in which feature entry points are tapped. Once anomalous conduct is confirmed, the relevant features are interrupted immediately and, where necessary, the account is restricted or banned.

D.4 No other unlawful or non-compliant conduct

You may not use this app to carry out anything that breaches applicable law — fraud, money laundering, extortion, stalking or harassment, or the distribution of malware, for instance — nor may you help others do so; equally, the security mechanisms and content moderation measures of this app may not be circumvented, disabled or probed for a way around.

Clause E — Your third obligation: payment and subscriptions

E.1 Payment channel and benefit content

Some features and exclusive benefits of this app can only be obtained through a membership subscription or an in-app purchase; the price, term and scope of benefits are those shown on the page displayed inside the application. Payment is handled from beginning to end by the official Google Play Billing system; your card number, payment password and payment verification details neither pass through us nor are retained by us.

E.2 Automatic renewal and the cancellation deadline

A subscription rolls into the next term the moment the current billing period runs out, unless you have already cancelled. To stop the renewal, the cancellation has to be completed at least 24 hours before the current period ends; miss that window and the charge for the following billing period is taken automatically.

E.3 Subscription management and refunds

Viewing, changing or cancelling a subscription is possible at any time through Google Play → Account → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Virtual benefits are normally non-refundable once used, though you may still apply under Google Play's refund policy. Fees paid for accounts banned because of a violation are not returned. If you have also deleted your account, the subscription does not end with it and still has to be cancelled separately along the path described above.

Clause F — Intellectual property: our side and yours

F.1 What belongs to us

Rights in the interface design, program code, brand marks, graphic assets, textual content and feature design of this app rest with us, or have been licensed to us in accordance with law; intellectual property law protects all of them. Copying, modifying, scraping, publishing, commercial exploitation and unauthorised dissemination of any of the above are not permitted without written authorisation.

F.2 What belongs to you

Intellectual property in the original content you create and publish on the platform stays with you; providing the service gives us no basis to claim ownership of your work, nor any claim reaching beyond what the service requires.

F.3 The licence you grant us

The day-to-day operation of the service depends on a licence granted to us by you, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and sub-licensable in scope: the content concerned may be stored, displayed, disseminated and technically processed by us, and necessary maintenance may be carried out to keep the service running. Once you delete the content or delete your account, that licence lapses within a reasonable period.

Clause G — Limits of responsibility: our role and the risks you bear

G.1 What we provide is a technical tool

What we hand you is a set of technical capabilities and an information exchange tool. We neither intervene in nor take part in the private interactions between users, and we offer no guarantee regarding them; chat content and social arrangements that users initiate themselves are not substantively reviewed by us and carry no endorsement from us.

G.2 Your own conduct is at your own risk

What you discuss, whom you interact with, what you publish, whether you leave contact details and whether you meet in person — every one of these decisions is yours to make, and the safety risk, property loss, personal injury, dispute or other consequence that follows rests on your side. Do not readily trust requests for transfers, investments, loans or meetings that come from strangers; where a meeting really is necessary, choosing a public place is the safer course, and telling family or friends your itinerary is advisable.

G.3 Limits of liability

If an interruption of service or a loss of data stems from force majeure, network failure, discontinuation of a third-party service or an operational error of your own, we will help with recovery within a reasonable scope, while any compensatory liability is capped at what mandatory law lays down. In a dispute between you and another user, we do not step in as a party.

Clause H — Handling of violations and account termination

H.1 Triggering circumstances

Each of the following sets the violation-handling procedure in motion: breaching any clause of this Agreement, submitting false identity details, publishing prohibited content, engaging in fraud or harassment, disrupting the normal operating order of the platform, and any other step that breaches applicable law.

H.2 Measures we are entitled to take

Depending on severity, the following measures may be applied individually or in combination:

Where conduct is suspected of being criminal, the necessary records are preserved and submitted to law enforcement in accordance with law. Where an account is restricted or terminated for a violation, no additional compensatory liability falls on us.

Clause I — Protection of minors and revision of this Agreement

The registration door of this app is closed to anyone under the age of 18, and none of its features are opened to them. Once an account held by a minor is discovered, we restrict access to it, close the account and delete the related information. Further details are set out in the ForUs Child Safety Standards. Where features are adjusted, laws change or platform policies are updated, this Agreement may be revised; the revised version is published inside the application or on the official website and the date at the top is refreshed; continued use after a revision takes effect is taken as acceptance of it.

Clause J — Governing law, dispute resolution and how to reach us

The formation, validity, interpretation and performance of this Agreement are governed by the applicable law and regulatory requirements of the place where this service is operated. Once a dispute appears, the parties should first sit down and negotiate; if negotiation fails to produce agreement, either party may bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction. While negotiation is under way, the validity of the remaining clauses is unaffected.
